Thread Protector ACT BOX CENL

ACT - Advanced Composite Technology is a strong all polyethylene, fortified with PROCADD™, casing protector with an extended bumper design for superior impact resistance. ACT is produced in sizes 5 1/2” - 13 3/8” and BOX protects the inner thread of the pipe. ACT technology offers superior protection to high alloy tubulars that are sensitive to bi-metal corrosion. ACT with its high impact resistance exceeds all API and IADC/SPE performance standards. ACT are produced in blank form for CNC threading in CEL, CENL (vented or non-vented) and OED configuration.

• CENL BOX /closed end non liftable/ means closed protector which which covers inner thread and does not allow for lifting the pipe at the end with attached protector.
• CENL PIN /closed end non liftable/ means closed protector which covers outer thread anddoes not allow for lifting the pipe at the end with attached protector.
• CEL BOX /closed end liftable/ means closed protector which covers inner thread and allows for lifting the pipe at the end with attached protector.
• CEL PIN /closed end liftable/ means closed protector which covers outer thread andallows for lifting the pipe at the end with attached protector.
