The Base Plate 250x250x16mm is a basic element of the GripTil plastic flooring system. The GripTil Recy is made of recycled material only in the hard version. Due to the material used the color may have slight variations in shade in production batches as well as minor imperfections, that does not affect the function. It is an economic variant of the system. The surface of the GripTil is perforated, the underside is ribbed and interconnected by channels that ensure fast and permanent water drainage under the floor surface. Other characteristics include anti-slip and anti-noise properties, vibration and dust reduction. Plastic plates are resistant to most chemicals, oils, paints, acid solvents. The recommended temperature range is -40 to +60 °C.

The delivery includes 8 pieces of connectors for connection with other segments. The advantage of the system is that if the connector is damaged, it is simply replaced and does not need to replace the entire plate. 16 plates are required to cover 1 square meter.

At the same time, it can be used in areas where the installation of the floor is limited in time. The installed floor can be easily dismantled without tools and located in another place. Installation is very easy, it takes approximately 2 minutes to install a square meter, and it is just as easy to remove. If the space is irregular in shape, the required result is simply made with a knife or saw.

The basic element of the plastic floor system is a plate of size 250x250mm. The creation of leading-edge is solved by straight and corner ramps. The individual segments of the system are connected by plastic connectors, which are included in the delivery. The surface finish of all segments is non-slip, in the surface are holes with a diameter of 12mm, the height of the plate is 16mm. The floor system can be stacked on top of one to another to create ramps of different heights.

The basic type GripTil Standard is designed for the movement of people and light transport equipment. There is also the second type GripTil Hard, which is designed for floors more strained by the load, handling equipment or parking and taxiing vehicles. Upon request, it is also possible to produce GripTil Soft variant, which with its properties resembles soft rubber. There are also the other variants possible with special mechanical, electrical and other properties that can be agreed individually.

Modern production technology and the quality of the materials used ensure resistance to most chemicals, oils, paints, acids, and solvents. The base material guarantees flexibility, shape stability, and high resistance. The quality of all products is given by a regulated production process. System installation

Installation is very simple and it takes approximately 2 minutes to install 1 square meter. Disassembly is just as easy.
If the surface is irregular in shape, the required shapes are simply cut with a knife or saw. The individual segments of the system are connected together by plastic connectors, which are included in delivery to each segment.

When installing the floor in areas with temperature fluctuations, it is necessary to take into account the expansion according to the type of material approx. 2-4 mm/1m.
