Product description

The Base Plate 250x250x16mm is a basic element of the Tile plastic flooring system.

The product color is a mixture of multiple colors, each segment may be different. Mixing of colors occurs during production when changing from one color to another. This process does not affect segment quality. All other mechanical, physical and utility properties are identical to the standard product.

The surface of the tile is perforated, the underside is ribbed and interconnected by channels that ensure fast and permanent water drainage under the floor surface. Other characteristics include anti-slip and anti-noise properties, vibration and dust reduction. Plastic plates are resistant to most chemicals, oils, paints, acid solvents. The recommended temperature range is -40 to +60 °C.

The delivery includes 8 pieces of connectors for connection with other segments. The advantage of the system is that if the connector is damaged, it is simply replaced and does not need to replace the entire plate. 16 plates are required to cover 1 square meter.

Other system elements

The Ramp Straight 250x137x16mm serves for finishing the floor area on the sides. Ramp ensures safe and smooth entry to the surface. It is possible to simultaneously mark the edges of the surface in accordance with the safety regulations (for example combination of yellow and black). The delivery includes 6 pieces of connectors for connection with other segments.

The Ramp Corner 137x137x16mm is a complementary element for finishing the floor area at the corners, where the ramps are connected directly from two sides. The delivery includes 2 pieces of connectors for connection with other segments.

Product types

GripTil Standard – the basic soft type is designed for the movement of people and light transport equipment. Provides improved working conditions at the installation site such as anti-slip and anti-dust properties, vibration and noise reduction, thermal workplace insulation, etc.

GripTil Hard – the reinforced type is designed for more strained floors with load and handling technology, eventually parking and taxiing vehicles. An example of how to use the floor is a garage, industrial floor around machines, storage space, etc.

The wide range of applications is supported by the modular design of the system, quick and easy assembly and disassembly, the color range of elements and the material used. The system is very variable and can be installed almost anywhere. It can be used wherever an aesthetic surface with good utility properties at a reasonable price needed. At the same time, it can be used in areas where the installation of the floor is limited in time. The installed floor can be easily dismantled without tools and located in another place. Installation is very easy, it takes approximately 2 minutes to install a square meter, and it is just as easy to remove. If the space is irregular in shape, the required result is simply made with a knife or saw.

The basic element of the plastic floor system is a plate of size 250x250mm. The creation of leading-edge is solved by straight and corner ramps. The individual segments of the system are connected by plastic connectors, which are included in the delivery. The surface finish of all segments is non-slip, in the surface are holes with a diameter of 12mm, the height of the plate is 16mm. The floor system can be stacked on top of one to another to create ramps of different heights.

The basic type Tile Standard is designed for the movement of people and light transport equipment. There is also the second type  Tile Hard, which is designed for floors more strained by the load, handling equipment or parking and taxiing vehicles. Upon request, it is also possible to produce Tile Soft variant, which with its properties resembles soft rubber. There are also the other variants possible with special mechanical, electrical and other properties that can be agreed individually.

Modern production technology and the quality of the materials used ensure resistance to most chemicals, oils, paints, acids, and solvents. The base material guarantees flexibility, shape stability, and high resistance. The quality of all products is given by a regulated production process. The system is variable and can be installed almost anywhere. The anti-slip properties together with the easy-to-clean feature allow installation both indoors and outdoors. The vibration and noise reduction also allow use in areas with increased demands on the working environment. System installation

Installation is very simple and it takes approximately 2 minutes to install 1 square meter. Disassembly is just as easy.
If the surface is irregular in shape, the required shapes are simply cut with a knife or saw. The individual segments of the system are connected together by plastic connectors, which are included in delivery to each segment. 

When installing the floor in areas with temperature fluctuations, it is necessary to take into account the expansion according to the type of material approx. 2-4 mm/1m.
