In addition to the sale of ready-made products, we also offer custom manufacturing of plastics for the customer from the design and function to the final plastic part.
Obviously, it includes the construction of 3D digital models of the future plastic product with the possibility of simulating the mechanical strain of parts, movement of parts, color solutions and many other features. In case of need, we also perform Rapid Prototyping - printing or production of the 3D model from the equivalent type of plastic for function testing, ergonomics, appearance, and other parameters.
We offer 3D printing of plastic parts not only related to the production of molds, but also as a separate service. We have plastic 3D models at very attractive prices, especially for large parts.
The pre-production stage is followed by the technical solution of injection molds and their construction. Part of this phase is an analysis of mold filling and optimization of part cooling so that the customer receives information not only about the mold but also about the future production cycle, production capacity and product price. The injection mold is manufactured based on the approved parameters.
In the final stage, the actual production of plastics starts in our facility. We mostly produce injection molded plastics, but we are also able to provide extrusion, blow molding or vacuum forming, we also supply special plastics and rubber parts.
